Conditions and Services

Although not an exhaustive list, some of the most common foot and ankle ailments we treat, and specialized services we provide, are listed below.

Specialties

Heel Pain
Heel pain is one of the most common chronic pain conditions experienced by adults, and can be caused by a wide variety of ailments. Pain that prevents you from staying active, enjoying hobbies, or getting through your day without discomfort should be evaluated by a professional. We specialize in non-surgical heel pain treatments, including advanced protocols using the most up-to-date research.
Sports Injuries
We understand why you play! Feet and ankles are especially vulnerable to sports related injuries, including acute traumas (like broken bones and ankle sprains) as well as chronic pain from overuse. In either case, prompt treatment from a professional is key to getting you back at full strength as quickly as possible. In addition to primary podiatric care, we also assist in preparing athletes to avoid and prevent injury, and offer medical massage therapy as a conservative treatment option.
Diabetic Foot Care
If you have diabetes, even the smallest foot infections can lead to serious threats to your limbs—or even your life. For this reason, we specialize in diabetic foot care and try to accommodate our diabetic patients as quickly as possible; please call us immediately if you have this condition and experience any foot issues. Services include wound care, diabetic shoe fitting, and limb salvage surgery.
Surgery
Some foot surgeries are chosen to excise unwanted masses of tissue, like neuromas or bone spurs. Others are meant to release or relax tight structures—for example releasing a tendon pulling painfully on your heel. Some conditions, like bunions or flatfoot correction, may require more complicated reconstructive surgeries where bones must be cut, realigned, and/or fused to restore a healthy structure and function to the feet.
